Their first night here, we were hosting Hamiltopia! I wish I had some fun photos from that night - but I had only one of Christine in this elmo/pirate/cowboy costume.
We went hiking at Oregon Ridge (which we all know is Jess' favorite outing....). Christine rode on Mindy's back, Josh lagged behind and Ryan kept up with the big kids (thanks Owen for motivating Ryan).
The downhill section before the playground. The kids all went with me on the short route (1 mile - if even that) while the other more ambitious adults took the 4 mile hike. As you can see, Josh and I took our time walking down the hill... :)

Wow - there is so much in those photos that makes me miss home. My favorite is the one of all the kids - maddie's ear to ear grin, owen's cheeky grin, josh's mismatched gloves, the big kids in the back looking like teenagers. So glad you post - even if it's once a month.

I must say I enjoyed the Joshua theme.
Plus, that hill... man I need to go sledding there!
No matter how often the posts come, they are ALWAYS enjoyed, even by those of us who are blessed enough to be AT the Hamiltopias where your daughter wears the pirate/elmo/cowboy costume!
What fun it was to be at your place! Thanks again!!! We had a blast and loved our time away. Hamilton should be on everyone's top 10 get away list! :)
