Overdue Posts

Waiting on Ryan - I caught Josh in a typical pose :)

Halloween
Tim and Diana were kind enough to host Halloween again this year. We've loved the tradition of trick-or-treating in their neighborhood and then fellowshiping together around a fire! The kids love that the parents are too preoccupied to keep track of their candy fest (as seen in Josh's picture)!

Field Trips
Last week we had 2 field trips with the boys. Andy went with Ryan's class to Farm #1 and I went with Josh and Juli's class to Farm #2.

Those are some great pictures Jess!! I love the kids costumes! Josh makes a great Hulk! He cracks me up.

Just one question... If Josh went trick or treating as Incredible Hulk, how in the world did he hold a bag of candy with those huge fists. I know he scored some candy per one photo of him with chocolate all over his face, but how? Any Halloween trick or treatin' pro should know a pillow case and free hands and feet and head make for faster trick or treatin' and therefore more candy.

You have to look at the title's Pete!!! He was dressed up as the Hulk for Awana's Costume Night. On Halloween he switched gears and went as Indiana Jones. No chocolate stains - just a fake beard! :) And for us, the plastic grocery bags seem to be working just fine. Maddie filled up her pillow case!!!
I take it you aren't at the hospital delivering a baby!

Jess the pictures from FRBC are SO FUNNY! I had to click on all of them just to laugh at all the costumes and figure out who some people even were. Oh my goodness...thank you for sharing those!
